The interests of pilots are the sole responsibility of the pilots themselves. Collective bargaining creates the framework for payroll and comprehensive coping. A high degree of organization ensures unity and bargaining power. You are important to us!

ACTIVE COMMUNICATION

Air traffic operates around the clock, all seasons, and work is done around the world. Staying aware of change is important, and the SLL provides a network as well as superior channels for this.

LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN EMPLOYMENT

Collective bargaining is the starting point for employment relationships, but not everything goes as planned and sometimes you may face personal challenges. Legal assistance in employment matters provided by the SLL provides additional security in exceptional circumstances. Shop steward services are also available through membership.

EMERGENCIES

The international network provides support to members in situations outside Finland, for example in the event of a plane accident or other exceptional circumstances.
